In late Summer 2021, she entered the world of law as the firm’s Intake Manager and Legal Assistant. Alejandra enjoys learning from our amazing, talented team, and strives to eventually become a Paralegal.
Alejandra states, that “she hopes in her new role, she can help our clients and give them peace of mind. Even if it’s as simple as getting them on the schedule for a consultation or directing them to the appropriate person for their individual needs.” Alejandra is always eager to help anyone at any time.
As our Intake Manager, Alejandra manages all inquiries to the firm for legal assistance. As part of that process- she is the first point of contact for all inquires and takes the time to visit with everyone who reaches out to our firm over a vast array of resources. Her exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills allow her to manage the client inquiry software and firm calendar while handling the client from inception to joining the firm as a client. Alejandra serves as the primary liaison when an individual reaches out to our firm for help.
Additionally, Alejandra handles all criminal cases as the primary Legal Assistant under the direction of Mr. Samuelson. These tasks include items such as hard file creation and management, filing documents, agreements, and motions into the courts e-file system. She requests documents from opposing counsel and courts and manages all the documents received as well as all WebEx appearances and virtual court proceedings. Clearly, her role is vital to the firm in client management and organization.
Alejandra is Colorado native and grew up in Douglas County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, going to concerts, being outside, and of course, hanging out with her pup Toby, who is the spunkiest dog you’ll ever meet. She is also a self-proclaimed HUGE bookworm and is curious about anything and everything! She a lifelong learner!
The Samuelson Law Firm is grateful to have found her and our clients speak volumes about her!
